Information on Propostion 2
Budget Vote May 20, 2008
Earlier
this year, members of our school community approached the Board of
Education
expressing an interest to
have turf fields installed at our two high schools.
This group, working within a committee structure that also included
members
of
the Board of Education and administration, the district’s
architect and
construction manager, developed a scope of work and related
budget. This work
has led to Board Authorization of Proposition #2 on the May ballot.
