Course Description
The 20 week course will deal with the many ways to produce dynamic images using the computer as a graphics tool. The student will be introduced to both bitmap and vector images. The student will learn how to scan existing images into the computer and use methods to alter and improve the image to gain the desired effect. Instruction will also be given on the development of original images using a variety of graphics tools and methods, as they relate to real world situations. Students will learn the basics of computer animation using the Flash program. The student will gain knowledge and functional usability of the Adobe Photoshop program, Illustrator program, and Flash program.
