Household Income Eligibility Form
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to share that, for the 2026–2027 school year, all students will have access to free breakfast and lunch each school day. Snacks and à la carte items are not included in this program, but will still be available for purchase.
All families are encouraged to complete the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) Household Income Eligibility Form. The information you share helps our district secure valuable state and federal funding, which helps us support our students. Completing the form may also help your family qualify for benefits, including: waived or reduced fees for college applications, dual enrollment courses, and some testing; discounts on summer camps; and other community resources.
The CEP Form can be completed through Campus Parent:
- Log in to your Campus Parent account
- Click More, and select Meal Benefits.
