2026-27 Computer Use Form | Students

Dear Wappingers CSD Community,

Each year, we send home welcome packets and other information, including paperwork that needs to be signed and returned to the schools.  This year, families can fill out our Computer User Agreement on the Parent Portal: you’ll find it under "Documents" in the main menu.
 

If this method proves successful we’ll include additional forms in the future, with the ultimate goal of minimizing or eliminating all paper forms. Thank you for your time, and for helping us work through this new process.
