Facility Usage Form

To rent a facility in the Wappingers Central School District you will need to:

1. Contact the school that you're interested in renting space from; they will determine whether they have the space and availability.
2. Fill out a Facility Usage Form (revised 7/1/2023). You will also need to provide proof of insurance naming the Wappingers Central School District as additional insured.  The Facility Usage form lists the insurance limits required for renting facilities (effective 7/1/2023).
3. Submit the completed form to the school you wish to rent space from, along with your proof of insurance. You will be notified by e-mail if your application is accepted.
