The Special Education Department is committed to developing and implementing programs to meet the needs of diverse learners. We provide support and services to school-aged and preschool students identified as having an educational disability.    

• Each school (including out-of-district placements) is assigned an Assistant Director of Special Education or CSE Chairperson who helps to facilitate student programs and the development of Individualized Education Plan.  Click here for a directory by school.
• Our support staff includes teachers, school psychologists, guidance counselors, school social workers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists and nurses.
